The Importance of Licensing

The value of LearnKey training products is in the knowledge you gain by using them. Because of the effectiveness of our self-paced training, once you have been through the courseware, you have extracted the product value making it is easy for you to share the product with others. If that were allowed, we would not be able to sustain the cost of developing our products.

We want to assist you in minimizing your training costs by offering the most effective training content and the most efficient way to deliver that content.

In order to encourage the development of quality training products, please follow the licensing guidelines as indicated.

Licensing Options

Single User License

A Single User Non Transferable License is the default license with any LearnKey product. A non-transferable license permits the purchaser to install the training on a single PC for use by a single trainee. Duplication, sharing, multiple installations and/or electronic transmission of any content are in violation of LearnKey and International Copyright laws and anyone found to be in breach will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

Multi User License*

A non-transferable license that permits the purchaser to install the training on multiple PCs and/or train multiple individuals. Important: LearnKey CD ROMs are NOT networkable. Users must have the CD ROM in their local drive to access the training. Duplication, sharing, multiple installations and/or electronic transmission of any content are in violation of LearnKey and International Copyright laws and anyone found to be in breach will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

Pricing is based on a "per person per session" basis at a significantly discounted rate.

LearnKey Licensing Agreements

With the purchase of LearnKey User License described above, the product may only be used in its original form and delivery presentation. LearnKey products may not be leased, rented, downloaded or used in any manner that may violate the copyright of LearnKey or its authors. The product may not be disassembled in to smaller parts or learning objects and may not be copied to any media, disk drive, network server or CD-ROM for distribution. Duplication, alteration, modification, reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or reproduction in any way is strictly illegal and will be prosecuted to the full extent of International Copyright Laws.
