We first started using LearnKey office resources with the Office 97 series. We now have Office XP in stock and they form a core part of our computer support library for staff. The feedback from all our users is consistent. They are great resources. They are easy to use, the instruction is clear, and staff particular enjoy the interactive nature much better than some of the competitor's CDs we have had in the past. Some of the competitor's CDs, while considerably cheaper, have been poor quality recordings and suffered breakdown quickly (and were not guaranteed) or were merely demonstration only and the lack of full interactivity (challenges/testing) meant I would simply fall asleep in front in them. All in all, they are cost effective, clear and easy to use computer training, which I frequently recommend to our staff.

Although I use a computer every day, I decided to start at the very beginning (Learning Windows XP - Session 1) because you can never know everything and it is always interesting to find out other ways of doing things. I was really impressed with the course because it is suitable for a wide audience, it is done in layman's terms and does not assume your level of computer knowledge and you can go at your own pace.

otherwise be using, even discover features that you didn't now existed! My team, Donna, Chris and I are dedicating time each Friday afternoon to this training and making some good progress. Chris is about to get started at home too, It won't be long before she cracks that first certificate! The Labs (practical activities) are great because they help you get through the test.
